I am familiar with Bell's SCCS and Perdue's RCS, but would like to know: 1) What problems have you experienced using either of these tools? 2) Has anyone heard about a new version of Bell's SCCS more suitable for projects? 3) Do other companies/schools have tools which are comparable or better than these? 4) Has anyone read any good papers on this subject?
