Below is an approximation of a Dvorak keyboard.  I tried to use very
simple (ie non-overstrike) graphics so all the mailers may be kept
happy.  This is intended to look like an IBM 55-key typewriter layout
with the letters jumbled.  Of the two symbols in each box the SHIFT
key generates the left and without the SHIFT the right is used.

NB: X1, X2, and X3 are un-assigned for things like <esc> {}\| and the like
    however it is not obvious that there are enough keys for all the ANSI
    standard chars, but this is not important.
