If you sent mail to someone at HCR ({utzoo,utcsrgv}!hcr) and they seem
to be slow about replying, don't take offense.  HCR's 11/44, which is
the "hcr" site and is more-or-less HCR's gateway to the rest of the
net, is down.  Very down.  It got very sick a few days ago and has not
yet been cured fully, although it was up briefly on Wednesday.
