I have multiple comments on the last batch of postings and after I print off
copies of them I'll reply in detail.  BUT.........

I HAD  studied Biology as all good high school students did, and as I remember
it was the NORMAL method of the human to be conceived, grow, be nurtured by
an umbilical cord attached to the "female parent" and in general be dependent
in A NORMAL way upon the mother until such time that the baby is viable,i.e.
LIVE outside of the mother rather than LIVE inside the mother.  Parasites were
covered under different sections of the text, and the differences were
OBVIOUS.  What books have you been reading, Silverstien????

What did you mean by >>>birth-parent<<<???? Is it the mother who gives the baby
up for adoption??? If that is what you mean then I have not MET any.  But we
did wait for over a year to adopt (un-necessarily as it later turned out) and
our neighbors successfully adopted TWO children from seperate un-wed mothers.
How is adoption a problem?????? The two children are happy, well-cared for,
and loved.  The couples on adoption lists aren't out encouraging out-of-wedlock
births.  Except for DESPERATE couples working the black market, there is no
profit for any of the parties, execept the lawyers.  And respectable lawyers
don't make that much on the cases.

More will be coming.  By the way I'm glad to know that my article was posted
successfully and read at least once.  I wasn't sure how long the postings
were active.
