You forgot:

INI     Ignore  Next Instruction
IPI     Ignore Previous Instruction
UPI     Undo Previous Instruction
EPITS   Execute Previous Instruction then Skip


Consider such sequences of instructions as:

INI
UPI
EPITS

EPITS
IPI
UPI

Seriously, though, since we all like to have our programs accomplish
useful things, all such sequences should be followed (eventually)
by a DTRT (Do The Right Thing) or CRAR (Compute Right Answer Regardless)
instruction.
