Please note the announcement in DDN MGT Bulletin 22 of the change in the
data kept in the HOST.TXT file and made available via the NIC's Host-Name
Server.

On March 21 (at 8am EST) all the official host names will be changed to
have ".ARPA" appended.  For example, "USC-ISIF" will become "USC-ISIF.ARPA".

This might cause some programs a few minor problems.  If you would like to
check things prior to the change over you can use the file DHOSTS.TXT from
the NIC (pathname=<NETINFO>DHOSTS.TXT on SRI-NIC).
