With no options, it prints statistics for "Drive 0", "Drive 1" and "Controller". Under these categories, "tpm" stands for transfers per minute, "msps" stands for milliseconds per seek (but actually represents both seek time and rotational latency), and "mspt" stands for milliseconds per transfer. The last is only meaningful for the controller and "msps" is only meaningful for the drives. The last four columns give percentages for time the system is in "user" mode, "nice" mode, "system" mode and "idle".
