Minor new program, uuboot(1), to solve a minor problem encountered
during the first reboot after the new uucp was installed:  /etc/rc
knew what uucp files should be removed on reboot.  This knowledge is
now hidden within /usr/lib/uucp/uuboot, which /etc/rc now invokes.
