Not having them would be. If a fetus is human then killing it is a bad solution simply because it is bad to kill a human being. You may have to do some research onto what happens to adopted children. it is not he case that the ones that turned out badly do so because their adopted parents didn't tell them that their natural moter loved them enough. If the children turn out badly because of something which the parents have done then it is something which has not been identified yet. Model adoptive parents have adopted children who have ended up in jail or worse. it may be that the model on how to be an adopting parent is wrong. But I don't know what is wrong with it and I don't know of anybody who does. The problem is sticky. There are family cousellors now who are saying that your adopted child will turn out badly unless you are very lucky and there isn't a damn thing that you can do about it. This is terrifying, and in the light of it a lot of people who have adopted are saying that if tey knew at teh time what ey know now, they would never have adopted. I would like to believe that there is a way to solve this problem so that it would be possible to raise an adopted child with confidence that it was not going to turn into a monster. This will require research. But in teh mean time it is not moral to go about aborting htem if they are human beings. -- Laura Creighton utzoo!laura "Capitalism is a lot of fun.
