They've been in the news quite a bit.  They * DON'T * specialize in
unwanted babies.  They are an Adoption agency.  They specialize in
adoptable babies.  Minorities, etc. get short shrift.  They usually
pay the expectant mother's Hospital Bills with the understanding that
she will turn the baby over to them after birth.  They've been known
to turn quite nasty when the Mother decides to keep her child.

Apparently there is a shortage through regular channels of Anglo Saxon
type babies, and many couples who don't want to wait for the regular
channels, or who would get turned down for some reason or the other
go through Golden Cradle in return for some hefty 'Processing Fees'.

In a few cases that I know of; 60 minutes research/investigation leaves
a lot to be desired.
