Whether the fetus is human or not is indeed the question, for a definitive answer would terminate this discussion. Society already imposes a form of ethics on everyone by outlawing theft and murder and fraud, and the question is not whether such things are wrong, but whether the fetus comes under it's moral and legal jurisdiction. If humans are being killed, we want to stop it. If that's fanaticism, then I gladly accept the term. I'm in good company. Gerald Owens Owens@gatech
