It extends from the Gulf of Mexico through Atlanta and then through the southern parts of the Chesapeake Bay. I would be very interested to know if the trajectory plotted in Sky and Telescope has been updated since then. I want to go see it and need to find a small airport in the center of the path of the eclipse.
