im looking for a GOOD star atlas.  i would like to have stars mag 13 or better.
it would be nice to have the complete sky, but i will go down to stars that
30-50N lat. can see.  date 2000.0 co-ord based chars are also prefered.

please send/post name, price, limiting mag., resolution, co-ord date, and
published if you have it.
