Ask them for a list of authorized repair shops in your locale (wherever that is). An authorized repair shop is more likely to use original equipment parts. In my experience some repair shops will try to replace speaker components with whatever they have on hand that seems to fit the bill. You may wind up with speakers that don't sound the way they should if different crossovers and and/or different drivers are used in any repair work.
