Recently I came across the following statement in a review of a power amp:

	"Despite its modest 60 watt per channel rating, this amp's
	 tremenduous current capability gives it an awesome 950 watt
	 per channel Moxie power rating"

Question: could somebody please tell me what is meant by "Moxie power" ???
