Some cartridges appeared to have a metallic covering over the diamond tip, and others actually looked like a diamond. I believe the latter may have been reffered to as a "nude" stylus. Is this true ? and if so, is there a supposed difference in the quality or sound ? Also I ended up buying an Astatic M-300 (or A-300?) - any comments on it ?
