For anyone in the Naperville, IL area with a German car
(and some select Japanese makes), I highly recommend
German Auto Works on Washington in Naperville.  It's a place
with 6-8 mechanics and does most any work that needs to be done.
The work performed is of highest quality and, if Ted (the chief)
doesn't feel your car is worth the price of repairs (and he is
very reasonable), he will tell you and not just rip you off.
Also, if there is a way to work around a problem as opposed to
replacing an expensive part, he will let you make the decision
which way you want to go.  Cash and checks are preferred;
MasterCard and Visa are OK but the bill will be increased by
four per cent since that's what it costs him.

The bottom line is the place is great.
