Joe sues the advertiser for encouraging him to do something illegal and stupid. Joe wins the suit.(!) Our court system has declared repeatedly that people are no longer responsible for their own stupidity. For example, if you stick your foot under the lawnmower, it is the fault of the mower manufacturer. Therefore, I have to pay $20 more for a mower with a blade brake clutch and a starter rope on the handle. Maybe this should go in net.flame, but I am responding in my inimitable style to an article in net.auto. P.S. I believe there is a suit pending against a pistol manufacturer for an accidental shooting. -- Random Access is IMMORAL! Ray Tackett
