He was driving along a wet road, when another car began to spin around, into his lane. He tried avoiding it by driving up an embankment, head-on into a pole, and then the car fell back the down hill into the passenger side of the other car. He is alive, with the only injuries being brusies from the seatbelts. The passenger of the other car was thrown out and killed instantly. The other driver, also without seatbelts on, was injured.
