Charter operators identify themselves (sometimes) at T-N12345.  So you
might hear "Tango Cessna Three Four Five, climb and maintain one zero
thousand".  Also, medical flights (air ambulance, evac, etc.) identify
themselves like "Lifeguard Cessna Three Two One".
