Message-ID: <655@sdcsvax.UUCP> Date: Sat, 7-Apr-84 03:48:16 EST Article-I.D.: sdcsvax.655 Posted: Sat Apr 7 03:48:16 1984 Date-Received: Sun, 8-Apr-84 01:41:17 EST Organization: EECS Dept., U.C. San Diego Lines: 14 I earlier thought that there was a bug in mille since I was in a situation at the end of the game where there were no more cards to pick and I couldn't play any of my cards. My thanks to John DeTreville for pointing out that the computer probably had a move (or more). I should have discarded (carefully in some situations). I had mistakenly thought the computer would move if I couldn't, but I guess I have to discard. I can see where discarding (as opposed to "passing") would make things a little more interesting. Now if I could just make up for all those games I've lost... Live and learn. Mike Laman UUCP: {ucbvax,philabs,sdccsu3,sdcsla}!sdcsvax!laman
