After much complaining about how this bug is always discussed every 3 months some kind soul finally posted the bug fix. I would like to know if any of you knowledgable people out there in net-land know what the bug fix for the v7 compilier is. We here at U of Trawna Electrical Engineering Computer Group have 3 (going on 4) v7 systems and all of them have the *= bug. So, I implore you! Please mail (or better, post) the bug fix. I'm sure that lots of floating-point hackers are eagerly awaiting the good news. Thanks, as they say, in advance Ray Allen utcsrgv!ray (416) 978-5036
