Washington, Computer Sci Lines: 24 I think what OZ and ciaraldi have said, about preventing this discussion from getting into an emotional shouting match, is absolutely essential; for my part, I'd like to apologize for the emotional nature of my previous article. Nothing was every accomplished by screaming epitaths at one another. For the record, I would also like to emphasize what OZ has said: everyone has a different set of values & perceptions, and this is going to affect their writing and views about anthing. To have a totally non-biased comics story would be impossible (bland stories, on the other hand, have been known to happen....). Interesting to find out how may of Marvel's "founding fathers" were Jewish; I guess I didn't realize it. Without sounding maudlin (difficult for me, I know), I notice that net.comics seems to be handling this subject in a much more mature manner than it seems to get handled in, say, net.flame. Perhaps we're all idealists here, eh?
