I'm interested in how to use tempeh.  Anyone out there to tell me how
to begin.  Have not yet even bought any.  Where in Portland is it sold?
How about a few simple recipes.  Also, do you have to *prepare* it in
some way before using it?  It is interchangeable with bean curd use?
