    Grinding.  Admittedly, you can turn beef into hamburger with a pair
of knives and patience, but ever try pulverizing nuts (say for a gateau)
with knives?  I can't even get almonds down to raisin size before running
out of patience at all the nut fragments flying all over the kitchen.  I'd
rather clean to processor.
