This printer is a Printronix P600. $ $ set dev lpa0:/spool $ set printer lpa0: /unknown /width=132 /page=0 /nocr /ff /lowercase - /nopassall /nowrap /noprintall $ It could be you missed the "/unknown". Both Dataproducts and Printronix printers can be set up to skip lines at the fold in the "hardware". DEC software drivers usually require this to be turned off.
