Unix materials are primarily protected by trade secret methods rather 
than copyrights.  Trade secret protections in many respects
can be much more strict than copyrights and can offer a variety
of protections that copyrights do not offer.

You most definitely do NOT have the right to copy Unix materials
except as spelled out in the licensing agreements.
