Waitaminute!  Do you mean to say that if I pray silently in, say a library, that
I'm committing a crime? And just how can this law be enforced? If I'm being si-
lent, how can anyone tell whether or not I'm praying? As far as I know, there
are as yet no Thought Police monitoring my brainwaves. If I were praying silent-
ly, no one would know but me and the deity I was praying to.
