Sorry, but this is the first of your errors. As far as I was aware an Agnostic is one who says "I don't know", as opposed to "I can't know". As an agnostic myself, I don't see any real evidence to prove that god exists, and I don't see any that proves his non-existence. (I do no consider no evidence to be evidence against!!).
