A lot of the 4.2 source I've seen lately has a line at the top
stating that the code is copyrighted by the Board of Regents of
the University of California. Maybe they're trying to catch up
with the copyright law, or something.
On the PLATO system, everyone who writes a lesson is supposed to
include a line in the lesson assigning copyright to the B. of
R. of the U. of Ill.
