	That is a terrible idea.
	It springs from the attitude "Young people don't have
enough intelligence or sense to keep from getting pregnant.
Education is therefore useless and we must therefore sterilize
the children whether they want to be spayed or not. "

	Why not treat all people as rational emotional beings.
	Instead of giving them our hangups about sex and
	irresponsibility we could give them a fair chance
 	to learn responsibility.
