   And as far as the steel industry goes -- blame not Kennedy, but the entire
american asperation of sucesss and relentless wage increases. Steel workers
make a lot of money, and they get to retire at a very early age. Their
productivity was not increased by increased wages. They priced themselves out
of the market.  That's the fault of the workers, the unions and the management.
