I have respect for Rob Pike when he complains about UNIX, because in his realm, he did something about it. ... Without that kind of counter proposal, your criticism becomes no more than informed whining. FOUL! Just because a person sees a fault with something and doesnt have a solution doesnt mean that they should keep quiet. There are those of us who have a disposition toward finding flaws and then there are those who have a complementary ability of finding solutions. The former may tend towards congenital whining and the latter may tend towards enamored zeal, but both extremes are not good for you. We need to work together.
