Now, I thought the ol' Chrysler Recovery Assistance Program was just that - CRAP - but not because I'm out to get big US corporations. I didn't see why we WERE bailing out Chrysler, or conversely, why we WEREN'T bailing out the thousands of other businesses that were failing at the same time. It was just a matter of consistency.
