One quibble, though:
	Most pigs that I've seen in a farmyard that has enough space
will NOT foul their own habitat, they will (instinctively or whatever)
use someplace else.  (Pigs ain't stupid, kiddies!)

I'm not really upset about your defamation of pigs, though, Judy.  
I agree with your sentiments, and I've sometimes wished to know where
someone I've seen littering lived, so that I could gather
a bag of beer bottles <driving while drunk is soooo stupid, anyhow,
why compound the act> from the side of the road and deliver them airmail
to the offending party's doorstep.  


Maybe ( :-) )  the solution is to put the garbage bag over the litterer's
head?  <Please folks, just a joke, this IS net.flame.>  Breathe deep, now!
