I seriously doubt that many persons are choosing to reply via CSNet
links for any reason other than spur of the moment decisions.
I have messages here from people who have very significant problems with
CSNet.  My current personal favorite is a recent one from someone telling
me to always reply to him via UUCP (which he considers to be very stable)
since "CSNet regularly sends our mail into the Twilight Zone"...
I guess nobody's perfect.
