	If you don't want to read a newsgroup, and you can't unsubscribe it,
there are 2 ways around:
readnews -n : reading only selected newsgroup, thus "readnews" can be replaced
		by "readnews -n net.general general  (localsite).general" and
		net.manners will be by-passed.

or you can manually over-updating .newsrc . E.g. you are tired of net.manners
up to article 1, make it net.manner: 1-999 !
