We had a Nomic game among 6 people, and once we passed a rule stating that votes would default to 'yes' after a given time after the offficial call for votes was given, the game went on nicely. Until someone passed a strange rule trying to define a turn as all players submitting a rule change at once. There was some debate as to what was affected, and the game died.
