	Does anybody out there know of a way to get a 40-column
display?  Curtis Jackson has done it at least once here, but has
forgotten how he did it.  We have a nonstandard version here
(cbrogue), so maybe that feature is unique to ours, but I am hoping
that it is implemented elsewhere with the same switches.
	Please post replies to the net, _o_n_e posting per version (so
label your version), and accept my thanks in advance.
	Now if only I can get mt C64 to think it's a vt100...
