It's generally a waste to use the wand of negation on N's and L's.
This wand should remove ANY animal's side effect.  It is best saved for
Wraiths (when you are near the next experience level) and dragons
(when you are standing on a laff scroll).  Other good uses, occasionally:
	- on a rust monster
	- on the first ANT (rattlesnake in 5.3) that you meet,
		if your experience level isn't very high.
