I am trying to get information about computer synthesized speech
for use by the severly handicapped.  Information about integrated
systems (human interface software plus speech synthesizer) would
be most helpful.

I am already aware of Texas Instruments' speech synthesizer.

Any help in this matter would be most appreciated.
