This portable should have a built-in modem (1200 preferred) and be small enough to fit in a briefcase. I have seen the GRID Compass computer and this seems ideal except I dont know how well the vt100 emulation works. Has anybody else used this terminal as a vt100 with UNIX? In any event I would appreciate info on any portable that satisfies the above criterion (ie, compact,built-in modem, and screen-emulation). I will collect and post the responses.
