	I am posting this for my brother who recently came to USA from
India.  He has an M.S. in Genetics and a Ph.D in Plant Genetics.
He is looking for a job here.  Any information on where his skills
can find him a research or teaching position will be helpful.  He does
not have any geographical preference.  If anybody can suggest places
he can apply to along with their addresses please send me mail.
	We suggested that he gain some programming experience.  Is this
good?  He is a permanent resident.  Thanks in advance.
