I don't know why -- perhaps she was on vacation. In any event, this zebra saw many animals unfamiliar to her native land, and she was curious. First she saw a fairly large bird running around, and she asked "Who are you, and what do you do?" "I'm a chicken," came the answer. "I scratch around in the dirt and lay eggs." Later, she saw a large placid animal standing in the field. She asked "Who are you, and what do you do?" "I'm a cow," was the answer. "I wander around the pasture eating grass, and I give milk." Next, she saw a large brown animal who looked much like herself. "Who are you," she asked, "and what do you do?" was the reply, "and if you take off those silly striped pajamas, I'll SHOW you what I do."
