I would like to propose the creation of newsgroups for the discussion
of usage of punctuation:
for the discussion of usage of periods "net.."
for the discussion of usage of colons "net.:"
for the discussion of usage of asterisks "net.*"
for the discussion of single quote usage "net.'"
for the discussion of elipsis usage, "net...."
for the discussion of exclamation marks, "net.!"
