Much of the rest are humorous, but are not jokes. I know this has been brought up before, and I'm not sure what the consensus was, but how about a newsgroup called net.humor to which funny bumper stickers, license plates, op-codes, names, anecdotes, and so-forth can be sent, with real jokes sent to net.jokes? I can tell the difference, and I think that with a separation of the groups the average net subscriber could tell and appreciate the difference, too.
