Could someone please post a detailed flowchart showing the steps necessary to prevent the reposting of jokes? Also, programs in C, Pascal, and FORTRAN would be nice; we want to do this right, you know. Then again, is it really such a big deal??? I haven't been particularly bent out of shape over the jokes (few of them are really JOKES) that I've seen reposted. Occasionally it even gives me a chance to chuckle again.
