According to the people selling MacForth at the West Coast Computer Faire
(weekend around March 22), this is indeed the same 68000 Forth that 
has been on the market and well-thought-of for some time.  They were selling
a basic system for ~$150 which should have started shipping this week, and
a "developer's system" for substantially more that should ship in about
four to six weeks.  I'm not sure of any more detail than that, but I could
dig up the info I got at the Faire or post their address if there is enough 
interest.
