The Winter 83/84 issue of the "Logic Programming Newsletter"
mentions two forthcoming books on Prolog:

     "Issues in Prolog Implementation", edited by John
     Campbell for Ellis Horwood, Ltd. in England.

     "Logic Programming and its Applications", edited by
     David Warren and Michel van Caneghem for Ablex
     Publishing Corp.

Does anyone have more recent information on these (or other)
books on Prolog?  Are they available?  In the U.S.?  If they
are, I'll need the ISBN number to order 'em from our campus
book store...
