Several months ago I posted  an  article  about  my  wife  and  I
handling  the  affairs of her father's estate by ourselves due to
the unreasonable high fee the attorney wanted.   We  rehired  the
attorney  after  firing  him,  except  now  he will be paid on an
hourly basis ($75/hr) as a consultant.

Everything has gone well and now it's time to close  the  estate.
This  involves  petitioning the court (in Cambria County, Pa.) to
dismiss my wife as the executrix and close the estate.

I have received several responses from people whose spouse's  are
attorneys.   Can  anyone  recommend  any publications/book on the
subject?  Has anyone done this before and can provide an  example
of how the wording should be?
